When can I expect my order arrive?
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. Plates in stock should be available within 7 days via snail mail.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Which carriers are used?
We ship via USPS, priority or first class mail.

Shipping Options;
1) USPS Priority Mail $4.60 flat rate for up to (2-3) plates. I can fit (3) plates in the flat rate package if they are all singles.

If you choose this delivery method, fill out the order form, add $4.60 to your order amount and send a check payable to Sue Davis with your order form.

2) US Post Office First Class Mail - submit your order (by snail mail or e-mail )and I will contact you with the postage rate. This rate is usually less expensive then the flat rate. Add the postage to your order amount and send a check payable to Sue Davis. I will ship your plate out asap.

We'll ship to the United States and Canada only.

How do I return an item?
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date by contacting us at sdavis6000@roadrunner.com or calling 207-499-9171.

Will your plates fit my switches?
Our plates fit all standard.

Are screws included with my switchplates?
Yes, a set of color designed screws is included with each switchplate.
